Wax Faithfully

Deposits ALL clients are required to pay a deposit for the service(s) they're receiving. Most deposits are $23 ($20 of the fee goes towards your service and $3 is the processing fee.) For smaller services OR NEW CLIENTS a deposit of $8 is required ($5 goes towards your service and $3 is the processing fee.) Every deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel 24 hours before appointment but each deposit will have a ONE TIME transferable option towards your next appointment. A deposit MUST be paid in order to book. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Please understand that deposits are put in place for protection against no shows or cancellations outside the 24 hour cancelation time frame! No Call/ No Show Due to the fact that you receive confirmation email and text reminders you will be charged FULL price for any and ALL service(s) you are booked for. Late/Rescheduling Each client has a 10 minute grace period. Anything after 10 minutes will be RESCHEDULED. Cancelations You have 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Any cancelation after 24 hours will FORFEIT your deposit or you are able to reschedule and your deposit will be applied to your next appointment. After the first rescheduled appointment your deposit is considered NON Refundable and NON transferable. Payments/Tips Cash is preferred, but credit/debit & payment apps are accepted with $3 processing fee charge. TIPS are optional but definitely APPRECIATED!
